Recorder Fingering Widget

The Recorder Fingering widgets displays the highest note currently played on a stylized recorder. It features a diatonic and chromatic xylophone, which can be alternated with a Double Click.

Settings

Type

Select between Soprano or Alto Recorder.

Fingering System

Select between Baroque or German fingerings.

Alternate Fingerings

if enabled, displays alternate fingerings.

Octave Offset

Adjusts octave offset (the range of notes represented in the Recorder). The usual range is from Middle C onwards.

MIDI Settings

This tab sets which channels should be displayed.

Shortcuts

• Double-click: switch between different xylophone types.

Common shortcuts (shared across all widgets)

• Ctrl + C: Clones the widget, creating a new instance with the same settings.
• Ctrl + Left Click: Opens the contextual menu for front/back ordering, background transparency, and widget linking options.
